Position: QA Manager
Location: Israel
Mission:
- Lead the Testing Group of VBU Products and solutions in delivery of quality products accordingly to TTM defined by PM group.
- Create and maintain an overall product quality strategies Worldwide in all VBU sites
- Address the needs of high quality field deployment in accordance with customer’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Testing activities: Planning, Scheduling, using advanced tools, methodologies, innovative approach, & Priority Guidance.
- Manage testing labs and its affective efficient usage worldwide and between BUs.
- Continues verify method of planning , conducting, & result reporting for effectiveness
- Manage the teams at the personal level for continuous growth and improvements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Tester.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader.
- Ability to understand the field requirements and tailor the tests in an efficient way
- Involvement in the early stages of development in order to fully understand the customer requirements and challenge the developer professionally.
- Optimal usage of recourses
- Good systems view.
- Ability to detect problems and test the weak points.
- Ability to apply and articulate testing principles, processes and procedures
Education:
- Engineering degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar)- advantage.
- Relevant technological courses - IP Networking, H.323 and video related Protocols.
- Test Methodology Courses (such as ISTQB).
- Fundamental knowledge of protocols such as VOIP and SIP
